The project is carried out in two phases: the 9 chalets of Joiku 1 were quickly sold out, and the construction of Joiku 2 will kick off in spring 2024. Joiku 2 consists of 8 more chalets designed to accommodate you, your families and friends in the best possible way. The Joiku 2 chalets have four different floor plans, from a 79 m2 semi-detached house to a 135 m2 detached house. All floor plans have been developed to create beautiful and functional spaces for socializing and relaxing.
