Nina is the project manager for new projects at Bo and is responsible for the delivery of new projects together with developers, brokers and the rest of the team. Nina has years of experience as a real estate broker and has worked in construction companies on projects ranging from small detached/apartment buildings with a few apartments to apartment blocks with several hundred apartments, which has given her a solid foundation for this role. From land acquisition, pricing and subdivisions to the transfer of management of the company and annual renovations, all stages of the new construction process are familiar to her. As a meticulous document nitpicker and a master of the big picture, Nina feels she is in the right place for her task. Nina believes that the attitude at the beginning determines the outcome.
