Do you need an AKA assessment?

The most demanding AKA assessment test was passed by Petri in 2012, when he passed the most comprehensive AKA assessment package, the General Authorisation and the KHK. Petri's clients include renowned law firms throughout Finland, various public authorities, municipalities, banking institutions, private companies and individuals. He prepares valuations for bank guarantees, corporate transactions, tax rulings, estate valuations, land use planning, housing and real estate disputes and valuations in connection with enforcement proceedings. Petri has an exceptionally broad and long experience in preparing valuations in housing and real estate disputes, often in very challenging problem-setting situations, which have gone all the way to the Supreme Court. Petri's valuations cover all types of property, from individual apartments, holiday homes and plots of land to large commercial and office complexes. With certain reservations the area of operation covers the whole of Finland, including the outer coast. Petri always ensures in the initial negotiations with the client that the valuation needs described by the client in his order can be used to produce a good valuation in accordance with the IVS, and that the valuation is of concrete use to the client – otherwise he will not accept the assignment.
