Timo Maunula is an expert in the Sunshine Coast housing market. After 10 years as a real estate agent in Finland, the decision to move to Spain was made in early 2019. He has worked for leading agencies in the region, such as Engel & Völkers and Strand Properties. In total, he has more than 30 years of sales experience: first in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry and the second half as a real estate agent, including running his own office in Turku, Finland. Timo was attracted to real estate in Spain not only by the warm climate but also by the diversity of the real estate sector. Examples of diversity include multilisting, co-operation between brokerages and the willingness of all building companies to work together. Getting to know clients, their housing needs and finding the best option, sometimes after years of searching, is very motivating for Timo. Openness, honesty and perseverance may be clichés, but Timo values them highly and has been praised for them by clients and colleagues alike.
In his spare time he can be found playing padel, on the golf course or sambaing along the strip of beach between San Pedro and Marbella.
