Tuomas is one of the founders of Unrealer Oy (now Bo Business) in 2014, and has thus been involved in the company from day one. Tuomas has been described as a real estate expert because he has been involved in many things, to which entrepreneurship has added its own spices. Tuomas speaks fluently about - among other things - real estate development, construction, construction, digital, marketing, service design and the intricacies of economics and finance. In the Bo Group he is responsible for the company's digital excellence and in the Bo Business side for business development and customer relations – in addition, he is part of the group's executive team and offers his industry expertise to developers when needed.
