Susanna is a natural with people. She combines warm energy, good listening skills and a genuine interest in others. Years of experience in customer service have honed her ability to empathise with customers and understand their needs, often before they can articulate them. Susanna is easy to describe as determined and precise, who does not leave things half done. Always fascinated by visuals and spaces – homes, details and aesthetics are one of her greatest passions, so when clients need advice on their home, she is there to give it. Susanna puts her heart into her work and it is important to her that every encounter feels genuine and meaningful; whether it is with a client, a colleague or a loved one.

In her spare time Susanna seeks balance and joy through exercise and enjoying the company of friends. One of her favourite places, apart from home, is her cottage by the lake, where her mind rests and her batteries recharge. It's a place to spend time with friends, family and just with herself.
