Thanks to his social and open nature, Matias has managed to build an exceptionally strong and extensive network around him in the Helsinki region and elsewhere in Finland. These extensive networks are visible, for example, in the fact that a buyer for an apartment may often be found from Matias' own circle of contacts before public showings. Before his successful career in the world of real estate Matias was a professional athlete. The teamwork and perseverance that he learned from his strong sporting background also comes into its own when working with clients. The condominiums in central Helsinki are particularly close to Matias' heart, as he has lived in the heart of Ullanlinna for years.

Matias spends his summers in the Kirkkonummi archipelago, and in winter snowboarding and outdoor activities in various forms keep him active.
